    Not very many computers come with a non-trial office pre-loaded on to them, and generally would be advertised in the specs of the model if they do.

    Only DELL/Alienware allows you to purchase Office, but you can do the same with trial version anyway directly from Microsoft.

    You can always look at alternatives that are out there. For instance google docs that you can do most everything you do in word/excel/powerpoint (while it does lack some features).

    Nope. Only trial as far as I know. Agree with Kevin, Open Office is not that bad and pretty powerful for an opensource software.
