So the intel gpu is disabled on most gaming laptops except for some of the thin and lights that want optimus for better battery. Since its disabled, is there any point in messing with the gpu undervolt in an undervolting program such as throttlestop?

if its disabled there is 0 voltage, meaning every setting you do is pointless.
