    Anyone know where I can find a service manual on disassembling the EX625? I'm thinking of doing a CPU upgrade but might stay away if it's too complicated.

    Be sure to register and you'll see a link for assembly guides. Check out the EX620 assembly guide. It's the same as the EX625 but different Vid card. Svet did it and it's awesome.
