Every time I try to install the Toshiba Bluetooth stack drivers from my driver disc, I'll have the message "Please plug in the Bluetooth device and click OK button." Pressing OK doesn't work as it will keep on asking me that same message. I'm not sure if it's also because I'm installing the drivers on Windows 7 64 bits?

Hmm Windows 7 may not have the support, prehaps a later build would fix the problem? Maybe the bluetooth device is unsupported in Winodws 7 but i dont see why it wouldn't be.
