I am looking into MSI laptops. I particularly like the MSI GS60, but I welcome suggestions. Please see my "Looking for a powerful but efficient laptop?" post in "What notebook should I buy?".

Anyway, my question is, what's the best please to buy an MSI from in terms of support?

    Thanks in advance!

Consider gentechpc.com and xoticpc.com, especially if you're considering any customizations like memory upgrades. Two very helpful contributors to this forum (there may be others, but these are the two that have jumped out at me as being the most helpful).

As I've been price shopping, these two also consistently come in with better prices than most other sites I've seen. And right now, gentechpc.com has a sale that could shave a few bucks off.

Thank you so much! I most likely won't actually be making any purchases until about Christmas, as I'm still divided on what laptop to actually go with, but I'm trying to do research on things like support issues. I appreciate your help.

In the area of support, what would one do if the battery on an MSI needs to be replaced after the battery warranty has expired?
