Battery problem on msi Gt73vr

I have a problem with the battery. When I play games with the condition of the adapter connected to the battery indicator continues to decrease and showed 90-100% 'Not Charging'. When the battery is reduced up to 89% battery charge indicator by indicator 'until fully charger'. And continued for over and over again.
Is this normal ?
The batteries only charge when the indicator 89%.
Is there a way to hold the battery in 98-99%. So I really use the full power of the adapter ?

I have a problem with the battery. Is this normal. The batteries only charge when the indicator 89% or below 90%. Is there a way so that the battery remains at 98-99%. So I really use the full power of the adapter without using batteries

That's the normal behaviour, less battery wear.

 

You could try to download and run the battery calibration tool on MSI's site for your model, it may help.

Edit: You could also try resetting the EC as well.
