MSI tend to have the driver package be quite compatible for XP as well, you should be able to use the stock (The package often includes drivers which work nicely on 32 and 64, even if they only state one architecture.)

just tried can't even get the thing to reboot after the finish, using the same cd that i used for a XPS16, i had to add the AHCI driver to the iso, thought it would work fine for the newer chipset and cpu as well....... any thoughts out there?

there must be a newer sata driver or something that need to be added to the iso

gonna nlite this DriverPack Mass Storage 10.06 for Windows 2000/XP/2003 (x86) | DriverPacks.net and a few other thing i found there in to XP SP3

XP32 is working great, as far as I can tell.
ATI XP 32 10.7 hotfix driver can be downloaded here GPU-75: ATI Catalyst? 10.7a Beta Driver
I like it better than the Windows 7 10.7 version.
