    680M is a very nice upgrade from a 675M though.

    Absolutely. Just pricey to purchase standalone. And I remember OP wanted 3D Surround vision, so I would hope they are not looking to upgrade for that alone.

    Depends if you have warranty and you use the old card to offset the price.

    True enough. There may be a depreciation value difference and no shipping coverage is all, since upgrades aren't always considered warranty service.
