I just received my MSI 1722 (Although I have email into the company since I have around 6 bad pixels right in a row) - and its a great machine. I had no option from the vendor to add TV, so my question is - Can I add the TV Card myself? I see the antenna is on the case itself, but If I get the card I see on the net that claims to be the Tv card for this, does it also come with a cable to connect to that small jack on the side of the case?
Thanks!

Cool - I appreciate the quick response
Do the kits on Ebay come with the antenna cable? and I havent looked, but I assume there is an empty mini-pci slot on the back of the unit? -

you don't need a cable, you use the cable that's provided inside the 1722.
You will have to remove the gpu heatsink in order to install the tv card. -
Sorry, I was vague
So that cable makes sense, but what about the external port for an antenna or coax cable in?

Thats Awesome - Looks like the correct cable - Thanks alot!

I believe this is the correct one - can anyone confirm this in fact is the correct US tuner for the 1722? (Since it says 1722 and ATSC in the title)
