    About to pull trigger on MSI-1651 how portable is it?

    Hey all,

    I'm about to get a 1651, but need to know how portable it is. I'm coming off a gateway m680 17". It was great, but way too big, I couldn't even get it to open all the way on an airplane. Being able to open it on an airplane is my real acid test.

    Honestly, I would have gotten one of those asus 14" gaming laptops (called the g50 I think) if it weren't for the glossy screens, so it looks like I'm stuck grabbing a 15.4" laptop. No matte on anything less.

    On an Air Canada airplane, the lid opens to nearly 90 degrees. Not very far, and definitely not what I would like, but it suffices.

    less then 6lb compare to other or hp dv5, it feel really light :D

    I carry it around almost every day, no problem. Never been on a plane though.
