At least MSI will be going in the right direction. I sent a complaint letter about the warranty & tech support hours because to be honest, it's probably one of the worst in the market, as nearly all other companies offer 24/7 help and 2-way-paid-UPS-warranty-shipping services.

    As it stands:
    - Tech Support 6-6 EST M-F
    - Warranty: Customer has to pay 50$ UPS fees to ship it to MSI and MSI UPS's it back for free

    Future MSI:
    - 24/7 Tech Support
    - 'All in One Warranty': MSI pays for it both ways

That's good to know, because if your keyboard falls off in 1-2 months of usage, you won't have to pay 50$ in UPS fees to get it sent to the repair facility, which is extremely retarded. At least they plan on copying the HP warranty and tech support system. I'm just not sure if they'll provide a box and foamies like HP does, which would be great, considering everyone is not near their store box and foamies 24/7 if something were to happen.

How did you figure that out from that one cryptic sentence? I don't see anything about MSI paying for shipping.

While on the phone to one of MSI's managers regarding my bad experience, I brought up their warranty and made a remark. He replied saying that MSI was most likely going to cover both ways for shipping on warranty claims.

That, coupled with the 'All-In-One' warranty written in the e-mail, which Asus and HP define as full coverage (free two way shipping).

Cool, I hope he didn't bullshi ft you.

All-in-One PCs, not AIO warranty. An AIO PC is like an iMac, where the computer is inside of the monitor. It typically comes with a keyboard and mouse as well.

MSI makes a few of those. They're called "Wind Tops". AIOs use laptop components, that's why they're covering them the same way they cover their laptops.
