980m doesn't works or...

Hey folks! I'm new here, and i have a big problem! I have ordered 980m from aliexpress, and after i get it, installed in my laptop. Few minutes was alright, everything was working, so i was happy. So i started upgrading videocard drivers from nvidia, and while i was installing it, i had a black screen... I though that's normal, usually it happens when you upgrading video drivers. Buuut, it didnt come back on normal working progress, it was keeping black. I was trying everything that i could. In the end, i ded C: format. First time, it was okay, i did it, but after installing video drive, it felt again, same problem. So i did C: format again, and i didn't even finished do it, black screen felt again... So after that i thought that perhaps it's video card? The problem in this card? I have read some reviews of that seller, and there some guys wrote, that they did some manual installation, because some problem was. I don't know what excacly, because they didn't explain what happend... I would really appreciate, if someone would help me. Don't wanna send it back, it will take 2 months or some, to take a new card. Thank you!

MSI GT72 Dominator. Previews card was 970m, some chips was burned. I bought 980m mxm 3.0b.


Oh! and btw, on that death screen it was says: accessible boot device. But first at all was black screen. After reboot came Death screen.

Refund, because thats a dead/dying VRAM chip or your 980m needs to be re-balled..
Did you put thermal pads in all the new VRAM chips?

 

Who can re-balled it? Is it possible that some master can do it?
Yes, i place those pads on mini chips. I should not?
