    I have a 1651 ID3 I was wondering what is a good overclock for the 9600m gt and be stable aswell.

    overclocks are different for every laptop/card.
    I suggest you try different clocks, then stress with Furmark

    See my clock rates :p These are safety clocks - it can go further more, but it will be hotter than your heater at home :D
