Hello, I run win 7 home premium, when I want to see a video or a picture in normal mode, the computer reboots. When I go into safe mode I can watch videos and pictures. I scanned for viruses, corrupted sys files but couldn't find a thing. I checked the drivers, they're all up-to-date. I used all options proposed by Glarys utilities and everything seems to be normal. Anyone experienced such a malfunction ? I'm getting crazy, it's been doing this for over two months, I believe I tried every option to no avail. Does someone have a suggestion ? It is an OEM Win 7 (no dvd) I have an ISO usb flash drive ready to reinstall Win but would rather find another softer solution.
Your help is appreciated. Best regards,

Try removing your nvidia graphics drivers, if you can run videos ok re-install them from msi.com.

If it starts happening again your GPU is damaged.

    Check the following,
    1. Intel HD Graphics driver is up-to-date
    2. Nvidia Graphics driver is up-to-date
    3. Audio/Video codec are installed, such as K-Lite Mega.
If problem persists, then restore the OS back to MSI stock if you can since existing installation can be a root cause of failure.

Sorry, it still doesn't work, I'll try other things before re-installing Win and will get back.
    Thanks.
