yea tried the 10.3 and it works now it shows on cpuid and the temsp while i did the css stress test to see my frames was 275fps and the temps for cpu was 53 and 66 and the temps for gpu didnt go over 68 and of couse this is all without my external fan on.
im guessing those are good temps? my cpu temp was never that with the 9600m but the gpu seems to be less than the 9600 seems wierd.
i had to reset the heatsink and i noticed one of the washers i used behind the card was turning while i turned the screw so i had to make it more stable now everything is working perfectly.

edit: idle temps cpu 41 and 44
    gpu is 51
    all on gaming mode.

all of this the gpu is only different in temps was 73(9600m gt) and 75(4850) cpu is only a 5 degree difference.

but in gaming i see a big difference and luckly the washers i found in home depot fits :) didnt have to destroy my 9600m gt backplate.
