Wait... according to your sig you also have a GT725? If you do, you don't need the Asus, either keep the 1722 to tinker with or sell it to buy a netbook
-
The 1722 is my other laptop, I dont use it anymore being I have the GT725, I tried to sell the 1722 but with no luck and I am not giving it away for next to nothing. The asus is smaller and more portable?
I have it on eBay:

Hmm asus mini range is nice, but the msi x3** and so on series are looking good.
I would keep the 1722 as a modding project, save up for like a gtx 260 and a qx and try modify cooling.
But thats just me, the guys down at project freeze have some great ideas. -
I tried to mod it before, The 9800m GT worked but the heatsink did not. If it sells on ebay then it does if not I will keep it and maybe buy a GTX 260m or 280m.. BTW the 4850 works in the 1722 aswell..
-
Yeah the chipset is very good, and modding heatsink is a challange, but fun if you have the time.
If i had money i'd jump all over that deal
I hope it sells! -
Thanks me to, I will go lower than the buy it now option on ebay for anyone interested.. I also have 16GB usb flash drives for sale too. Thanks again..
1722 ID2 trade.
