You mights want to post more specific detail of your problem, and what you were doing prior to it happening.

I take it you replaced your CPU, RAM and HD?

Does it turn on at all?

yeah it turns on. i can hear the heatsink fan and the hard drive. the optical drive works as well. I'm also using the laptop with the ac adapter directly without a battery in. i doubt that would effect anything though.

Does anyone have a t9400 running in their 1651 without a bios flash? Or any one have a t9400 that required one?

It sounds like bad RAM; do you have some other you can try?

If it's bad RAM, the chances of both sticks being bad is slim. Just use each one individually across both slots. Usually you'll get an auditory warning if it's bad RAM.

Make sure the CPU is properly seated and the locking screw is completely turned. Sometimes you think it is locked, but it isn't.

Try booting without the HD just to get to Post and setup.

Throw it against a wall.... (J/K)

dang. tried both mem sticks. and i'm 99% certain cpu is locked. i'm afraid to go any further cause it might break something. (you shouldn't have to use strenth right?) Is it more likely the processor or the computer? thanks again guys!

Definitely check that RAM as stated earlier. Try using just one stick at a time in each slot. while you are in there, make sure everything is seated correctly.

EDIT: Just saw you already did that. Do you hear any beeping at all from the Mobo speaker?

There's no sound when I turn it on. I only hear the heat sink fan and the hard drive. I'm beginning to think its the processor. I got it off ebay and it's a es model. Shoulda just forked out the extra money. I guess ill just return it and get a p8400? Vince let me know if yours works out. Thanks guys.

you have to hit the blue tooth power button on the touch sensitive pad. It won't detect it and allow you to install drivers till you do. I just got all my xp drivers from the msi website, the sound drivers where a pain though. You have to get the nvidia hdmi sound driver from the cd to get it to work. It wasn't included on the online download.
