Got a question, when I run riva tuner it shows my core clock as 400 when its 500, the memory shows 300 when its 800, shaders show as 800 when its 1250, I dont get it, am I doing something wrong??

No, rivatuner has trouble reading the clocks. Just use everest or another tool. Though when you use the OSD they clocks are read perfectly...

You cant overclock in everest can you?? atitool dont work, it says something about the driver when I install it, and it wont pick up any clocks at all, ntune seems to work the best but I cant get the profiles to load at start up.

Nope, everest cannot be used to overclock, use the Nvidia System Tools for that:

It's made by NV itself, it loads at startup and it works perfectly on mine. It's the successor of Ntune. ^^
