    Same FSB
    25W vs 35W
    2.4Ghz vs 2.53Ghz
    3mb L2 vs 6mb L2

The T9400 is only $35 more, what should i get?

    Rest of the build:
    1651 barebones
    4GB OCZ DDR800
    320GB WD black 16MB 7200
    intel 5300 full
Arctic Silver 5 for CPU (I'm new here, but I haven't really seen you guys push this... At least in desktop builds it take at least 5C off the idle temp in my exp., seems like that would even be more important in laptops imho)

    Thanks zfactor.
I had another question about the WiFi situation. I noticed that the 1651 has an external antenna plug, is an external antenna nessesary for good WiFi reception with the 5100/5300 or is it just for targeting nieghbooring WiFi?

yeah for 35 dollars much i don't think thats much if it was like 50 then ill stick with the P8600 i was originally going to get that too and my spec is exactly like yours. gotta find my AS5, im not paying 8 dollars to Frys for it.

The external plug you are seeing is not for an external wifi antenna. It is the MCX antenna connector for an internal tv tuner.

Is there such a thing as a MCX antenna to RF converter? Cause that would prove useful.
