I just installed a gig of supertalent memory but it is only running at 200mhz. I've read enough to know i need to upgrade the BIOS to v2.5.

Could someone give me a link to a detailed BIOS upgrade guide or give advice

    thanx

If you are checking the RAM frequency using something such as CPU-Z, please bear in mind that this is DOUBLE Data Rate RAM. As such, 200MHz = 400MHz.
