    1013 / S-270 - Flashing Battery on HW

    Hi all

    My laptop recently started flashing it's battery icon.

    It usually has 3 modes.

    Blue when AC powered
    Green when charging
    Red if battery is low (< 10% or so)

    But now its flashing all the time in red.
    powered, battery and low... It helps if I pull the battery for a while, but only for some days. The problem occur especially if the computer has been turned off, while powered for more than 1 day and not been used of course.

    I notice wierd battery behaviour at times as well. My battery indicator flashed red once or twice after the NB was sleeping with the power cored hooked up. Don't know why, but it seems sometimes that even though the power is hooked up, the NB starts draining the battery.
