This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hey guys!

    This thread will be the official Battlestation thread where people can show off their home/work setup. I got the idea from always browsing on Reddit's r/battlestations and thought it would be fun to have our own.

    The only rules are that the post must include an MSI laptop somewhere, and that everything is in good taste (i.e. No highly suggestive content, etc.).

    Also, to get the thread going, I'll be giving away Tom Clancy's The Division Closed beta codes to the first 20 people that post their setup.

    The closed beta starts January 29 and ends January 31. Ill PM your codes and instructions after you post your battlestation. I will still supply the codes even after the beta starts if we haven't run out either.

    Here is mine. The MSI GT80S 18.4" screen is awesome because it's just big enough I can use it as a second monitor in this setup. I installed a sliding shelf and put a lazy susan on top so I can close the notebook, rotate and push it nice and neatly into the desk. Otherwise when I'm gaming it is out in the open with fresh cool air.

    I have a small fridge right next to my chair, my bed is just behind the whole setup, master bathroom close by, and a beautiful view out my window next to it. Some days I have to force myself to leave my bedroom lol

    This is our "officestation" today with the division beta starting this morning. For those who don't know, the division will have tobii eye tracking support built into the game :cool:
