Forgot to mention that my 8950HK scores 1514 in R15 and 3661 in R20.

    Are they good scores?

Lol that price goes up very quickly once you add things like liquid metal, display calibration, backlight bleed check, and bottom panel mod (a must in the case of the GT75 imo). I am waiting of pulling the trigger on that GT75 9980hk/2080 but that price needs to come down. HID is only offering it at 64gb and up. I doubt most people need that much RAM.

The GT76 is a step back. The fact that it has a soldered GPU is a big no no for me. I'd much rather put up with a soldered CPU (since it has a less chance of failing than a GPU does). Also the lack of a mechanical keyboard, 2 less NVME slots than the GT75, no more SD card slot, and no Gsync is a bust. I wonder if HID can take that 240hz display from the GT76 and plant it on the GT75 @Donald@HIDevolution is this possible?

@GenTechPC @Donald@HIDevolution I am also curious about if either the 240hz screen from this , or the 144hz screen will fit a gt75vr as when I purchased mine from @GenTechPC I opted for the 4k screen and although it is nice, I have often thought about getting a 1080 screen just to have the higher refresh rate. Also, ever since I first got the thing, it gets hot... And it's just the 7820k one, gentech redid the paste and after Kevin's recommendation I redid it myself and it barely helped. I throttle alot even at just 4.1ghz. anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Are you overclocking the processor? What settings did you use?

Oh take my money now on the panel swap....

Yeah I was bouncing between the GT76 and the Area 51, sure the GT76 doesn't need a fire extinguisher handy but no GSYNC on a "DTR". Ok if it was MUX then id buy it but o_O o_O

Bottom Panel Mod is spot on a must have for the GT75 even more now with the newer parts.

    Hello there guys,

I purchased the msi gt75 titan 013 in refurbished condition recently.

I have this happen in games sometimes, sometimes after alt tabbing in and out, and sometimes just after launching the game. It happens when I use console in game or when in menu. It has a chance of going away after few alt tabs, but comes back again same way via alt tabbing

I also cannot see the option to overclock GPU in Dragon center app, I only see the option to overclock CPU.

I have few more days left on my return for refund window i just want to know if this problem is hardware related like GPU being defective or something I can fix. Your input will be appreciated.

    First time posting in forums.
