i am currently running Ubuntu 7.04 and i would like to use beryl cube effect to switch xp or vista instantly like people on youtube.
although there is a full screen button for virtualbox, i cannot find any settings that allow me use virtual full screen with beryl cube key (ctrl + alt + arrow).

shall i try vmware workstation instead?
thank you for answering my question.

I believe that when you do the virtualbox windows xp on fullscreen, your keys are bound to XP when you're in XP, and so your normal Beryl shortcuts will definitely not work. However, just press your host key (default is right ctrl I believe) and then you can switch using the Beryl shortcuts.

    Hope this helps!

Oh, if you run into problems with virtualbox, I highly suggest looking through their user manual. Helped me set up a shared folder so my ubuntu and my virtual xp can both access at the same time. The same shared folder is also available from an actual windows xp boot (I dualboot XP and ubuntu).
