    Can someone please educate me differences in parallel workstation, vmware and virtual box? or other virtual programs?

    I am going to use Ubuntu and a virtual program to run vista. Which one do u guys suggest?

    Parallels and VMWare and VirtualBox all do essentially the same thing. I would suggest you download the VMWare player and an Ubuntu image from http://www.vmware.com. Free to use, works well. The only thing you won't get is 3D acceleration inside of the virtual machine, whereas I have heard rumblings of the latest version of Parallels allowing that.
