This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Just thought I'd share this neat little script collection. If you've ever had the (dis)pleasure of being in the situation where you want to have multiple iso choices, but are either stuck with some awful old beast of a machine that cannot boot from USB, or are totally security paranoid and want multiple distros to run on a Live CD/DVD, this is a lifesaver. MultiCD

    Basically what it does is takes multiple isos and fits them into one iso, which you can then burn like normal. I used it to make what's more or less a disaster CD; trinity, DBan, gparted+testdisk and a stripped down debian live. Yeah you can just carry around a bunch of CD's, but I'd rather not :D
