I'm making a slideshow with OO ver 3.1. I've inserted movie clips in the slide show, and they play automatically when the slide appears. I want them to play only when I click on the image. Any way to do that?

I don't know of a way to do this with OpenOffice Impress, (although I was surprised when I couldn't find it because they should give you the choice), but I know of a way to cheat and accomplish it. Complete the slide the way you want it to be when you play the movie file, (like finish all build outs, etc.), but don't embed the movie clip in it yet. Then make a copy of the slide in which you embed the movie clip and make it come right after the original slide. That way when you play the slide show, it will look like the mouse click started the movie clip.

    (I hope that makes sense..)

    Good Luck..
