    Ubuntu 10.10 help!

    Everytime I try to install Ubuntu 10.10 on my desktop from my usb drive I get this error: "There is no disk in the drive." under exe.pyrun, Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thanks for the help!

    Weird. Try this software: UNetbootin - Homepage and Downloads
    Format your flash drive to fat or fat32 and select the distribution you want to put on the flash drive and try to boot from that.

    If you have a card reader, see if there's an option to disable it in your BIOS, since that's also a USB device. This is one weird bug - but Wubi is full of bugs in my experience... :(

    What happens if you select "try ubuntu"? Does the desktop load?
    What program was used to burn the iso to usb, and if Ubuntu was used, which version?
    Does your bios support booting from usb flash drives and is that set as first boot device?
    One of my flash drives is actually recognised as a usb HDD.
