I tried the Beta 2 of OpenSUSE 11 on my DV6000T which has an Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network card built in. I was wondering if there was any way if I can find out if this is compatible with 10.3 or 11.0? It lets me use my card to try to connect to the internet and it shows my network but after I enter my WEP password in a few minutes it will say it can't connect but is 85% there on the status bar. I was wondering if there is anything I can do or if anyone has suggestions? Thanks! BTW, I tried Mandriva but for some reason it just stops in the middle of loading the Live CD, while it works fine on my desktop.

Opensuse 11 beta 3 out in case youre wondering. But I tried opensuse 10.3 - opensuse 11 beta 3 with the same network card, and it worked for me. I had to put my WEP password has hex 64 or something like that.

Ok thanks. I'll try the latest beta and see if it works with what you said. OpenSUSE 11 looks cool! Hope I can get it to work.

Hmm it looks like I have to install a proprietary driver. I don't really know how to do that and get it to work correctly. I think I'll wait until 11.0 is officially launched and then see if it works and try to download the proprietary driver and get it fixed then. Wish it could just work out of the box though, lol
