    What benefits and how does throttling work in RM Clock, my cpu shows up always at max speed. Can someone explain it to me?

    wrong thread I believe.

    anyway if you are running vista on P-M based CPU, the only usefulness of RM clock would be undervolt. Dynamic switching in vista handles everything else.
