I run Ubuntu, and I need to make business cards and print them out on Avery preformatted/perforated paper. I have done a lot of googling, but could not find any program for Linux that would do this; basically, I am looking for an MS Publisher type program.

    Any ideas?

    Searching on Debian with
    Code:
    apt-cache search label|grep label
    gave me glabels.

According to google, glabels is available in one of Ubuntu repositories.

The following article gives lots of ideas http://www.linux.com/article.pl?sid=06/08/04/1651234, I don't if they are any use, but a lot of the comments seem to endorse glabels.

Thanks Timberwolf. I posted in the Ubuntu forums, and got the same reply as you just gave me! Good help! GLabels has worked out well for me.
