OK, now that's pushing it a little too far. Don't take advantage of your anonymity online to freely disrespect the dead.

Update; Hans Reiser May Be 'Mentally Incompetent'.

Defense attorney William DuBois wrote Alameda County Superior Court Judge Larry Goodman "that in my carefully considered opinion, defendant Hans Reiser may be mentally incompetent as a result of a mental disorder or developmental disability."
"This is complete and total nonsense," says Reiser's prosecutor, Paul Hora. "All of a sudden he's incompetent a week before he gets sentenced."

To summarize, during the trial Hans has gone from " a mental genius" to a " social inept Linux developer with guilt-ridden behavior engaged in counter-surveillance moves" to a " duckbill platypus suffering from Asperger's".
Now it seems his lawyer thinks it's wise to get him officially labelled as a 100% certified nutcase.
    No mention on ReiserFS....
