The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Whats awesome about this particular release of Fedora? I've got 16 and I'm quite happy with it ... I'm installing F16 with xen onto my server currently, but if there is some reason that F17 is special, I don't see the point of waiting.

    Only thing I might have been interested in is NetworkManager, it isn't even complete and when it is I expect F16 will get it also ... and maybe the systemd scripts. Cheers for info.

    What fedora are you currently using?

    Currently on Fedora 16 x64 myself.. Been using it since F11, and looking forward to the upgrade nonetheless. :)
