    I've written a blog entry about my experience setting up a new 14.1" T61p with Vista SP1 and Ubuntu 8.04. It also has some information on how to run your ThinkPad using an Vista OEM/RTM install disc instead of the factory-provided software. Hope it helps:

    good post I have a similar set up with mandriva. I will be backing up my desktop tomorrow and setting up dual boot there as well. My current dual boot set up is on my Dell m1330.
