    smartcam issue

    Hi,

    I have an LG R580 T6500, bought it in late September. When I first got it, everything was fine, the smartcam worked with no problems.

    Now, the Cyberlink software says I don't have a camera installed, and I can't find it anywhere in the control panel or whatever to see if there's a problem. It's like it just disappeared! About the same time this happened, I started getting a message about a USB device attached to the computer not working properly, even though I have nothing plugged in! Are the two things linked?

    I'm obviously not any sort of expert here, so any help would be very appreciated!
