    hi.
    I have a question about purchasing LG in the US
    I know they do not have sell LG notebooks in the US
    but I heard I could get it from resellers in Canada and import it

    has anyone tried it?
    is there a particular problem becausey ou are ordering from canada?

    Yes. I am typing this message on an LM50a ordered from NCIX in Abbottsford BC and shipping over the border to my home in Washington state. There are several Canadian dealers who also will ship to U.S. customers. No problems, good service.

    No real problems, NCIX is one that is a Canadian Online and retail store, has both an American and Canadian website. www.ncix.com

    I've used them a few times, with smaller parts, and they've been pretty good :)

    Just gotta watch customs!
