    hi guys,
    i have a s1-p402a9
and although its great and all
    2 compliants:
my screen has like 4-5 large white spots measuring isuppose 3mm in diameter which is much more than a few pixels, i woudln't say they are "dead" pixels but certainly no colour comes from these areas which are very annoying during gaming.
the piano finish is very easily scratched/scuffed

although my 2nd complaint is i suppose my fault
the 1st certainly is not. i intend to contact LGE canadian support (they are actually 10mins drive from me) and get them to either fix my screen or (and of course this is a big "or") provide a new one.

i just wanted to knwo has anyone had any LGE customer support experience?what can i expect? etc?

    thanks,
    -richard

Thats a good question, I live in the US and that is my primary concern. So I have decided to go with a customized laptop from Xotic PC.

Ive emailed them once with a question i had about reformatting. They had replied promptly with the solution. Im afraid i havent really had any experience with hardware support of theirs - such as returning a defective product. If theyre 10 minutes away i guess you should go for it. They will probably replace the screen or your whole system.
