Any hope for a new version of the T1? I'd love to find myself using a 14.1 WXGA+ Core2 Duo version of that beautiful laptop..

I think we're all waiting for a refresh of the T1/S1 lineup...it has been awhile and the lg forum is getting a little stagnant...

Supposedly replaced by the R405 although I don't see how considering it's, oh, half a pound or more heavier!

Much thicker and not as impressive on the physical side. I too have been keeping an eye for the T1, WXGA+ on a 14" under 4lbs? Where do I inquire? :)

I ordered from MilestonePC but have been having trouble getting any sort of answer on leadtime and indeed availability. NCIX confirmed that the T1 had been EOL'ed in Canada but the T1-7002F1 is still obtainable but is a French version. They had no idea if the keyboard was different. If nothing else, I plan to order one and source an English keyboard/OS for it. My father wants a new lappy and that's perfect.

As for me, I want the A1. I had an Asus S6 stolen last week and am heartbroken... but if I'm buying something new I want the boost in 3D performance!

it's too bad because from my experience with the T1 it was very sturdy and well designed notebook from top to bottom.
