I spent the better part of a day combing the internet for solutions and spent over an hour with tech support. Updated BT driver, updated Win10 to 1909, changed audio enhancement settings, etc, etc. Nothing helped. The audio would drop out every few moments on two Gram laptops.

We were about to return them to Costco for refund when I looked at a site my wife found regarding BT issues. The fix? SIMPLE! Change our wifi settings from the 2.4 band to 5. Not a dropout at all on either laptop. I'm so happy I don't have to stand in the return line to take these Grams back! :)

I was having this problem quite bad in 1809 on my 15z990. Bluetooth driver version 21.60.0.4 fixed 99% of the issue.
