I am also having this problem, I have an LG LM50a - any help would be greatly appreciated. The error message pertains to "On Screen Display," says "Unable to get Radio State," and has an OK button.

Try reinstalling the On-Screen Display software. Ive found it to be a little buggy sometimes and reinstalling it fixed my problem.
