    Trackpad driver on 15z990

    TL;DR I installed a fresh windows 10 and Windows only gave the generic driver for the trackpad. The LG support website doesn't offer drivers for it. Does anyone know where I can find optimal drivers for z990 grams?


    I did a fresh install of windows 10 without backing up any of the original drivers. (Note, be careful if you do this. LG doesn't use a partition/recovery in bios option like Dell, your stock image appears to be lost forever. The manual instructs you to go through the windows 10 Reset this PC setting which doesn't appear survive a fresh install.)

    The trackpad seems to be obscure, looking up its hardware ID (HID\VEN_04CA&DEV_00A0&Col03 - https://devicehunt.com/search/type/usb/vendor/04CA/device/00A0 ) doesn't give any results on google or driver search sites. The default driver Windows gave it was some generic Microsoft driver from 2006.

    Even with this samsung software(?) the trackpad still feels very wonky with intermittent issues like getting unresponsive after hovering over something.

    If no one can find, could anyone operating on the factory install be kind enough to extract their stock drivers and share them?
