My Gram came with an LG branded USB-C to ethernet adapter. Whenever I use it, I get very slow internet speeds. In fact, I get more than 10 times the speed when using my wireless connection. Is there some setting that I need to adjust, or is it just a faulty adapter?

What's your internet speed vs wireless speed? I think the included adapter is only 100mbit not 1gbit. If you're using AC it can be 1Gb
