Hi, I got an S1 P3B3a and I noticed that when I install the SRS WOW that came with the laptop (or the one from the intelligent update) that my 5.1 surround sound stops working properly (ie, the back and front speakers play the same sounds). Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, how did you get around it? I've gone to the realtek site and downloaded the latest soundcard drivers but that didn't help at all.

right click the realtek icon in the taskbar and make sure you have 5.1 setup selected (it is not by default).

Nah.. I do have 5.1 selected, but even with it, the SRS program is messing with my surround sound, yet when I uninstall it, the surround definitly works. Oh well, I guess I can't use SRS..
