I'm about to blow a fuse here... or many! Hehe! I'm writing from my tower PC because I can't even get to Vista's loging screen with my notebook anymore. I keep getting blue screens telling my ATI (X1600) card is about about to explode... No really, there seems to be a problem with the driver. But I tried the two latest from LG's website and reinstalled ATI's drivers and programs MANY times (I sometimes get Vista to load).

Anyone here has any idea of what I could do? Except contacting support... This will be my last resource... Thanks a lot.

    ----EDIT-----------------------------

Ok. I just saw there is a new driver on LG's website: 8.403... I'm trying this (if I manage to log into Vista).

I have an S1 and I found I randomly got blue screens when booting as well. The LG drivers will not save you here. The most stable set I managed to find were actually the official ATI ones (the one for desktops). What you'll need to do is download them, then go to http://www.driverheaven.net/ and download the mobility modder, which lets you install them onto your laptop. I found that it solved my problem, although admittedly, I ultimately downgraded back to XP.
