    Removing LG s510/P310 heatsink to swap cpu?

    Hi,

    Can someone with more experience with LG models explain how one can remove the heatsink from the motherboard to access the cpu? the issue i'm having is that after removing the heatsink screws, the heatsink is still trapped inside the casing.

    also, if anyone knows how to remove the hardrive from that enclosure, please explain.

    ,....you have an S510? If so wow you got it fast.

    doesnt it show in the owners manual? Sometimes notebooks show you how to dissasemble everything.

    yea i got s510 from computer universe shipped to the US (waaaay cheaper than notebookshop.de)

    and theres no manual to show me how.

    The manual does not include schematics and how-to's.

    can you be more specific on how to remove the hardrive or disconnect the cable to remove the hd?
