My LG's R500 Laptop died due to the faulty Nvidia GPU. Visa, who now covers the warranty because the LG warranty ended and it was extended by Visa when I bought it. So Visa wants me to pay for the analysis at futureshop. They will probably clearly say the Mobo/GPU is dead. And Visa will either repair it or give me a full refund of what I paid.

Now, if for some reason Visa denies the payment route eg"full money refund. Instead of getting the mobo/gpu simply replaced, because the replacement will probably be faulty as well from what I hear. Should I demand a equivelent laptop of that today from them, or something without the 8600M GT.

Its waste if I go through all this crap to have my laptop only work another year and then die. I paid a fair amount of money for it, and I took care of it, theres no problems, no scratches, nothing. If its parts are only gonna get replaced giving it only 1 more year, whats the point. I probably would have been better off renting a dam laptop. My new laptop is much better quality. But still, this inconvience really sucked up my money, 1600$ gone on that LG R500 year ago and then the amount I paid for my new laptop.

If LG is givng me a faulty product perhaps next time i should give them counterfit money to be fair. Like honestly its not how a product should be made. I know its not only LG but im saying I don't care what company it is, thats not a way to make a product.
