I just bought a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse. But, it doesn't work. My BlueSoleil program can't find the mouse. Any solutions to this problem would be appreciated.
Also, I'm a Bluetooth novice. Don't really know what I'm doing wrong.

It's pretty easy to pair the Bluetooth mouse with the laptop. Just make sure the mouse fully charged then if you turn it upside down you will see some sort of button, you need to press it before asking BlueSoleil to search for new devices in range.

Tried that. Still BlueSoleil can't find the mouse.

1) Like the guy before me said, make sure you press the bluetooth button long enough so that a light is flashing, shows its visible and wants to be paired
2) make sure your bluetooth is on! Press fn+f6 to tick it, if it's off
3) Try to pair now, if it asks you for a password, just leave it blank
3) if that fails, try updating bluesoleil, it might help because i know the version that came w/ the R405 is pretty ghetto compared to version 5.0, which is downloadable off their website -
I turn on bluetooth with fn-f6. I do the button thing, the light is flashing green and red. I also d/l the newest version of bluesoleil. The icon is still grey and every time I try starting bluetooth, by right clicking the icon, it pops up a bubble saying, "Can not start Bluetooth. Bluetooth hardware is not found."
Don't know what the problem is... -
interesting, because usually when i see the error "can not start bluetooth. bluetooth hardware is not found", the problem is the fn+f6 bluetooth is not turned on...
i'm out of ideas
