    The display in my P510 as listed by Everest Ultimate -

    A Mac display in an LG notebook ?

    I would think it's probably the other way around. Not sure, but I highly doubt apple builds it's own LCD display. They probably buy them from LG (with personal tweaks). Everest probably identified it first in the macbook hence the name. I'm not sure but I've seen somewhere in the interweb that the S510 had the same screen has the new macbook, since the P510 is the S510 big and cooler (temperature not style) the screen is probably the same or some kind of close derivative.
