    My S1 restarts instead of turns off.

    My S1 restarts instead of turns off..
    This happens randomly, and sometimes it happens over and over again (2-3 times).
    Any idea??

    did you change your video drivers recently?

    you have the bottons in front of your laptop ,,media center....try to turn off there to ,,hold,, move to left and then close the laptop to see if will make..

    ejl I didn't change video drivers recently.

    But still the same :D , like today, i was late for my college and i wanted to turn off the notebook quickly but nooooooo, it restarted 4 times, then I just finally pushed the power bottom for 5 secs.

    hrmmm....have you installed anything recently? usually random resets are due to software issues....your best would probably be to either restore your computer to an earlier point or reformat.

    Can be from the Bios settings ...maybe you activated ,,Wake Up from Lan,, or something like this...and when this is on,...it's making this things :)
