    Hi,

I aim to use the LW70 the whole day without power outlet, so battery life is really important to me. The reported autonomy in reviews differs a lot, and the batteries are suspiciously cheap (lifespan? consistency?). Therefore, I would really appreciate some input from LW70 owners on the following:

    - What is the max time you got out of the battery?
    - Which battery were you using? (6 cells / 9 cells) and how old was it +/-?
    - How were you using the NB? (e.g. mainly text processing, etc.)

Actually, I'm only interested in battery time when ONLY text processing(!) but this way the input can be helpful to more people.

    Thanks a bunch in advance!

I have an LW70-J3KA and have ran it on the standard 6-cell battery doing word processing and MSN chat etc for around 3 hours constant with the screen brightness turned down a couple of notches.
